Every account starts with $10 in welcome credits at a 0%platform fee. Top up at face value whenever you like; after your first top-up, each run costs the runner's listed price plus a 5% Banana Peel fee. No seats, no subscriptions, no minimums.

Billing & pricing
Do you mark up runner pricing?
No. Top-ups are face value, and each run debits the runner's listed price. The only platform charge is the 5% fee per run — and that starts after your first top-up. While you spend your $10 welcome credits, the fee is 0%.
When am I charged?
Runs draw down your credit balance — first the $10 welcome credits at 0% fee, then the credits you buy at runner price + 5%. There are no seats, subscriptions, or minimums; you pay Stripe only when you choose to top up.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your balance until you spend them.
Are failed or fallback attempts billed?
Yes. Every runner attempt that executes is billed — including failed, blocked, and parallel smart-routing attempts — at that runner's usage plus your plan's fee rules. Attempts that never start are not charged.
What does routing: learning cost?
Learning and learning-all exist to teach the router the best path: they calibrate the routing brain on a domain/task so later smart runs pick the winning runner. Learning is a paid calibration sweep of the live ~54-single-runner pool (batches of 9, concurrency 8, $20 default ceiling); learning-all sweeps the full catalog ($20 default ceiling) and should not be used for every production job. Executed attempts bill. After teaching, switch back to routing: smart.
What is output normalization?
Optional post-processing that reshapes a run's raw output into the JSON schema you define (build it in Console → Normalize). When enabled, it adds a flat $0.10 to that run on top of runner cost and the platform fee. Prose tasks still work without it.
Routing & reliability
What does the 5% cover?
Everything the platform does on each run: smart routing, parallel fallback when a runner fails, the credential vault and MFA relay, session replay, and run history.
What happens if a runner is down or deprecated?
Smart routing learns from live success by domain and task type. When a runner fails, the run fans out to the next two or three strongest runners in parallel. If a runner is retired, traffic shifts to the next best automatically.
What about open-source runners?
Self-hosted frameworks like Playwright and Browser Use OSS have no vendor price — runs debit only the metered compute and model tokens they actually use.
Privacy & security
Do you train on customer data?
No. Session data is used only to serve your requests and compute the routing metrics you see in the console.
How do enterprise terms work?
Same meter, different paperwork. Custom data retention (24h / 7d / 30d self-serve, or zero-retention by contract), SSO, bring-your-own-key (BYOK) for your own API/provider keys, and contractual SLAs are negotiated contract terms — the per-run pricing model stays the same. Regional execution controls (region pinning) and contractual residency commitments are likewise available on Enterprise — contact sales.
